Booking contract

No contract exists between Carlingford Yoga and client until deposit has been received. This is because we only have limited spaces and they book out fast.

Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive an email confirmation with information and a questionnaire regarding your particular requirements.

Booking deposit:

€50 for a One Day Retreat
€100 for a weekend retreat
€150 for a long weekend retreat
€200 for 5 day or longer retreat

Fees

Our events are all inclusive (unless stated otherwise).

Included is accommodation, all meals, tuition, guided walks.

We can arrange a transfer from Newry or Dundalk at €10 per person.

Flights and other transport to be arranged by guests.

Balance of fees

To be paid on arrival by cash. You can also pay balance by a bank transfer before you arrive. Please intact us. We do not have credit card payments facility at the premises.

Cancellation policy

Though our spaces are limited we always endeavor to treat cancellations sympathetically. If you cancel 21 days or more before your chosen event, we will transfer your deposit to another event. Only one transfer is allowed.

Should you cancel less than 21 days before your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

Exclusions

We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays or losses caused by acts of god, war, threat of war, closure of airports, natural disasters, accidents, civil strife, terrorist attacks or any other events beyond our control.

All guests are responsible for their own personal insurance, taking in account the activities they are likely to participate at while at a retreat.

We do not accept responsibility for loss of property, injuries, medical or psychological conditions developed during or after the holiday.
