Silence, Stillness and Digital Detox: An introduction to Silence and Reconnection to (higher/sacred) Self
This Retreat is a rare and gentle opportunity to step away from noise—screens, stress, and the constant demand to be “on”—and into the sacred rhythm of stillness.
Guided through meditation, mindful movement, sacred ritual, and silence in a safe and nourishing environment. You will be invited to pause, listen, and return to your true self.
