Join Ula for an unforgettable day in the wild.

Ula is currently working on her masters in Psychotherapy and is passionate about how stimulation of the Vagus nerve affects our well-being.

She will be sharing her love of yogic movement and her knowledge of the human body and mind, giving you practical exercises to help you calm your nervous system.

This is the perfect day out for your much needed rest and self-care.

You will also enjoy stunning guided walk in the Cooley Mountains,

and our offering of warm hospitality,

delicious vegan lunch and a healthy cake.

You will feel rejuvenated, rested and inspired!


10.45am – arrival and introduction
11am – 1pm – yoga class (energetic)
1pm – healthy lunch
2.15pm – guided meditation walk in the Cooley Mounatins
3.30pm – healthy cake/herbal tea
4pm – 5.30pm – yoga class (restorative)

Getting to us by car

It could not be easier. From Dublin (North) you will reach us in 1hour and 15min. From Belfast you will be here in an hour. From the M1 motorway, take exit 18 (Carlingford). We are about 15min drive from there.

Using google maps, put in ‘Eagles Rock Retreat’ (make sure you put in ‘Retreat’, otherwise you end up at a different house far, far away!

Getting to us by public transport 

It could not be easier. There are hourly buses from Dublin airport and Dublin City Centre and take approximately 1hour and 15minutes. From Belfast you can take a train.

We offer a free transfer service from Dundalk train and bus stations to our venue.

It’s a scenic 15 minute drive from the station to the venue.

Once here, you do not need a car.

IMPORTANT: Please endeavour to arrive in Dundalk between 3pm and 4.30pm.

Ula Musiol comes originally from Poland. She has 30 years of experience working within different movement modalities. She completed her 500 hours of yoga teacher training under the guidance of Simon Borg Olivier, a renowned yoga teacher and direct student of B.K.S. Iyengar and Pattabi Jois. Apart of her yoga experience, Ula trained as a contemporary dancer and Pilates instructor, she also trained in Alexander technique, Five Rhythms, and much more. Ula is deeply passionate about human psychology, which led her to complete a Foundation Training in Buddhist Psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis. In her own practice, Ula likes to incorporate exercises that tap into the healing power of vagus nerve. Last but not least, Ula holds an MA in British and American Literature.
