10.45am – arrival and introduction
11am – 11.30am – mindfulness with Japanese tea
11.30 – 1pm – energising kundalini yoga class
1.15pm – healthy vegan lunch
2.15pm – mindful meditation walk in the Cooley Mountains
3.30pm – healthy cake/herbal tea
4pm – 5.30pm – yoga class and meditation (restorative session)

Getting to us by car
It could not be easier. From Dublin (North) you will reach us in 1hour and 15min. From Belfast you will be here in an hour. From the M1 motorway, take exit 18 (Carlingford). We are about 15min drive from there.
Using google maps, put in ‘Eagles Rock Retreat’ (make sure you put in ‘Retreat’, otherwise you end up at a different house far, far away!
Getting to us by public transport
There are hourly buses from Dublin airport and Dublin City Centre and take approximately 1hour and 15minutes to Dundalk. From Belfast you can take a train. We are about a 20min from both Newry or Dundalk. You will need to take a taxi for the last leg of your journey.

Jackie Collins Suginaga is a mindfulness and yoga teacher (kundalini and hatha), Reiki Master, intuitive healer and a spiritual seeker with over 20 years of experience.
Her journey has been deeply shaped by both Buddhist and non-Buddhist meditation traditions, Jackie lived more than a decade in Japan, where she worked at a women’s Buddhist university. While in Japan, Jackie also served as a spiritual coordinator and meditation teacher. With a background in education, two masters degrees, and over 25 years of experience teaching gymnastics, Jackie brings a rare combination of grounded wisdom and joyful presence to all that she offers. She also trains yoga teachers through an ITEC – accredited program. Jackie is a peaceful, fun- loving teacher at heart and she shares her work with clarity, humour, and deep love for all beings – helping others reconnect with themselves and live with great calm, compassion and meaning.
